INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

Protectron is committed to providing high-quality, reliable, and professional security and related services that consistently meet customer, contractual, legal, regulatory, and other applicable requirements. Through the effective implementation and continual improvement of its Integrated Management System (IMS), Protectron is committed to achieving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and responsible security operations.

The Integrated Management System incorporates the requirements and principles of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 18788:2015 and ISO 29001:2020, as applicable to the organization’s activities, services, and operational context.

Protectron is committed to:

1. Quality and Customer Satisfaction

  • Provide security and related services that consistently meet or exceed customer, contractual, statutory, regulatory, and applicable industry requirements.

  • Maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

  • Understand and address customer needs and expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and achieve measurable quality objectives aligned with Protectron’s strategic direction.

  • Ensure that services are delivered through competent personnel, effective processes, appropriate resources, and suitable operational controls.

  • Continually improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the company’s processes.

2. Security Operations and Responsible Security Practices

  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Security Operations Management System in accordance with ISO 18788:2015.

  • Ensure that security operations are planned, managed, monitored, and controlled to protect clients, personnel, assets, the public, and other affected stakeholders.

  • Identify and manage security-related risks and opportunities associated with Protectron’s activities and operating environments.

  • Ensure that security personnel and relevant contractors are competent, properly trained, supervised, and aware of their responsibilities.

  • Respect applicable human rights principles and internationally recognized standards relevant to security operations.

  • Promote ethical conduct, integrity, accountability, and professionalism throughout security operations.

  • Maintain zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, abuse, discrimination, harassment, exploitation, and other unethical practices.

  • Fulfil applicable contractual, legal, regulatory, and client-specific security requirements.

3. Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industry Requirements

  • Maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with the applicable requirements of ISO 29001:2020 for activities serving the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas sectors.

  • Ensure that customer-specific, statutory, regulatory, and industry requirements applicable to these sectors are identified, understood, communicated, and effectively implemented.

  • Apply a risk-based approach to quality and operational processes to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Continually improve the effectiveness and reliability of processes supporting customers in the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industries.

4. Environmental Protection

  • Protect the environment and minimize the environmental impacts associated with Protectron’s activities, services, and operations.

  • Identify and control significant environmental aspects and associated impacts.

  • Prevent pollution and reduce waste wherever practicable.

  • Minimize the consumption of energy, water, fuel, raw materials, and other natural resources.

  • Promote environmentally responsible practices among employees, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Comply with applicable environmental legal, regulatory, and other requirements.

  • Establish environmental objectives and continually improve environmental performance.

5. Occupational Health and Safety

  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.

  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions for employees and other persons affected by Protectron’s activities.

  • Eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks using appropriate controls and the hierarchy of controls.

  • Prevent work-related injuries, ill health, incidents, and system deficiencies.

  • Identify hazards, assess OH&S risks and opportunities, and implement effective operational controls.

  • Consult and encourage the participation of workers in matters affecting their health and safety.

  • Provide appropriate training, information, supervision, resources, and awareness to ensure personnel are competent to perform their duties safely.

  • Prepare for and respond effectively to potential emergency situations.

6. Legal, Regulatory and Other Compliance

  • Identify, maintain, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, customer, and other requirements relevant to Protectron’s activities.

  • Regularly evaluate compliance and take appropriate action where deficiencies or nonconformities are identified.

  • Ensure that applicable requirements are communicated to employees, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant interested parties.

7. Competence, Awareness and Employee Engagement

  • Recruit, develop, and retain competent and qualified personnel.

  • Continually develop employees’ knowledge, skills, awareness, and professional capabilities through appropriate training and development programs.

  • Ensure that employees understand the Integrated Management System Policy, relevant objectives, risks, responsibilities, and the importance of their contribution to organizational performance.

  • Promote employee involvement, consultation, accountability, and ownership of quality, environmental, OH&S, and security performance.

8. Risk Management, Performance Evaluation and Continual Improvement

  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities that may affect the achievement of Protectron’s intended outcomes and strategic objectives.

  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.

  • Use audits, inspections, incident investigations, customer feedback, complaints, performance indicators, management reviews, and lessons learned to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Promptly address nonconformities, incidents, deficiencies, and customer concerns through appropriate correction and corrective action.

  • Continually improve the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and Protectron’s overall performance.

9. Communication and Stakeholder Commitment

  • Communicate this Integrated Management System Policy to all employees and persons working on behalf of Protectron.

  • Make the policy available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.

  • Maintain effective communication with customers, employees, contractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Encourage suppliers and contractors to adopt responsible practices consistent with Protectron’s quality, environmental, OH&S, security, ethical, and contractual commitments.

Management Commitment

Top Management is committed to providing the leadership, resources, support, and direction necessary for the effective implementation and continual improvement of Protectron’s Integrated Management System.

This policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing Protectron’s quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, security operations, and other relevant objectives. It shall be periodically reviewed to ensure its continuing suitability in relation to Protectron’s organizational context, strategic direction, operational activities, legal and regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and changes in the business environment.

Protectron’s commitment is to achieve customer satisfaction, operational excellence, responsible security operations, environmental protection, safe and healthy working conditions, compliance, and continual improvement across all areas of the organization.

This policy is supported by the Context of the Organization Procedure and the relevant processes, procedures, objectives, and controls of the Integrated Management System.
